Whether you are collaborating on early product development, joining executive roundtables, or speaking on stage at a Klaviyo event, every engagement is designed to create mutual value.
Your expertise helps guide Klaviyo’s evolution while your brand earns visibility, authority, and a competitive advantage.
The Klaviyo Champions program is designed for marketing and ecommerce leaders who are innovating what’s possible in CRM.
While membership is by invitation only, there are common traits shared by those who are selected.Â
✓ Lead marketing, CRM, or ecommerce strategy for a fast-growing or established brand with global reach
✓ Hold a senior or executive role such as VP, Director, or Head of Marketing, CRM, or Ecommerce
✓ Collaborate across teams using multiple Klaviyo products or channels, including Marketing, Service, and Analytics
✓ Leverage Klaviyo in innovative ways that set new standards for customer experience within your category
✓ Bring a clear perspective on the future of CRM and a desire to help shape it
Each year, Klaviyo reviews a select group of leaders to join the Champions program. Invitations are extended to those whose expertise and perspective align with the program’s mission to shape the future of customer relationships.
All requests are carefully reviewed by the Klaviyo team to ensure a balanced and diverse cohort across industries, regions, and areas of expertise. Shortlisted leaders are invited to a brief conversation to discuss alignment, expectations, and how they hope to contribute to the network. Selected candidates then receive a formal invitation to join the cohort.
