The invitation process

Each year, Klaviyo reviews a select group of leaders to join the Champions program. Invitations are extended to those whose expertise and perspective align with the program’s mission to shape the future of customer relationships.


All requests are carefully reviewed by the Klaviyo team to ensure a balanced and diverse cohort across industries, regions, and areas of expertise. Shortlisted leaders are invited to a brief conversation to discuss alignment, expectations, and how they hope to contribute to the network. Selected candidates then receive a formal invitation to join the cohort.

FAQs 

How are Champions selected?

Champions are selected based on demonstrated leadership in CRM and ecommerce, innovative use of Klaviyo, and commitment to shaping the future of customer engagement. Each cohort is limited to one Champion per company, with priority given to returning Champions in good standing.

Is there a cost to join?

There is no cost to apply or participate.

What is the time commitment?

Champions engage at their own pace through select opportunities, campaigns, and events throughout the year.

When will invitations for the next cohort open? 

Enrollment for the next cohort will open in Q1 of 2027.
